Planning a children’s party is no easy task, any parent will tell you that. Everything must be perfect from the magician that performs, to the inflatable that creates hours of fun, and of cause, the food that everybody eats. So, we thought that it might be beneficial for our loyal All Star Bounce NI's followers if we created an easy guide to throwing the most awesome children’s party ever!
So here it is… our top tips to throwing a top party.
Theme:
Is your little girl crazy about Disney princesses or unicorns? Or does your boy live for football or dinosaurs? If the answer to either of these is yes, or if you can pinpoint another interest that they will love, then theme is essential. Adding a theme to your party doesn’t just make your party look like something special, it creates a world where all the little ones can get lost. Spend that little bit more on those jungle themed balloons, or hang some paper icicles from the Frozen ceiling, they really will make the party have an edge that you didn’t think was easily achieved. Kids parties are drove by imagination and fun, so why not help that along a little bit with some cool props? We have loads of different "themed" Bouncy castles Bouncy Castles
Venue:
This is KEY to throwing the best children’s party. You will need to consider how many people you are expecting to come, what sort of entertainment that you want at the party, how much food you are servings, are you having tables? All of this needs to come into account when considering a venue as well as the most important thing, location. Your venue needs to be in a good proximity to where the neighbourhood children live and easily accessible; after all, it is the parents that are going to have to make the journey! Consider the above before choosing a venue, and then choose one, that fits your budget as best as possible. At All Star Bounce Ni we have created a list of Local community halls that can be hire at a very reasonable rate. Just click here Indoor Hall Hires
Entertainment:
Arguably one of the most important parts of a children’s party, it is not quite enough to invite thirty children to a room and hope that they generate their own fun for three hours (although it would be nice if that was the case!) Consider, do you want Chippy the Clown? Or how about Mike the Marvellous Magician? And more importantly, how does this fit into your budget? Some of these entertainments can hit your wallet a lot harder than you think when in fact, your sister’s friend may be willing to dress up and provide some entertainment that the kids enjoy even more for a fraction of the price! At All Star Bounce NI we have a vast selection of themed Bouncy castles, Inflatable slides or assault courses suitable for all types of party! From Weddings to 1st birthday parties we have it all!
Guest List:
Any good party planner knows that the people make the party. So, who are you going to invite bar the immediate family? Admittedly this is going to be easier or harder depending on the age of your little one, I doubt your one-year old is going to be able to provide you with a prioritised list of their favourite friends at school, but then, you do want the right people there. Make sure to check out your child’s class, who do they always talk about? Whose name keeps coming up in conversation when they’re telling (or not telling) you about their mischievous antics? We know that you know your kids better than anybody, so this one is down to you!
So, there it is, All Star Bounce NI's top four tips for planning the best children’s party that the local primary school has ever seen. Follow these trusty tips and you will no doubt pull off a party that your little ones will never forget.
