Our Weather Policy for Outdoor Bouncy Castle or Inflatable Hires

At All Star Bounce NI, we always aim to provide a reliable and timely service when delivering and setting up your inflatable equipment. However, weather conditions can sometimes impact our plans.

The maximum safe wind speed for operating inflatables is 24mph, including gusts. Winds exceeding this limit pose a serious safety risk and could invalidate our insurance. Additionally, heavy rainfall that makes the bounce bed wet is also unsafe. For these reasons, All Star Bounce NI will not set up inflatables if the Met Office predicts winds or gusts above this speed.

If your booking may be affected by weather, we will contact you by phone to explain the situation. If the forecast remains unchanged, we will call you the day before your event to discuss alternative options.

Possible solutions include:

• Moving your booking to an alternative date (subject to availability)
• Relocating your booking to an indoor venue (depending on time availability)
• If an alternative is agreed upon, any payments already made will be transferred to the new booking

If no suitable alternative can be found, we will cancel your booking and issue a credit note for your deposit.
